Translation: get it right, or suffer the consequences

Language is so easily misunderstood, even when we speak in our own native tongue. And if your words are badly translated, what are you actually telling people about yourself and your business? As Manuel Serrano will explain, it’s really easy to create misunderstandings which give your audience the wrong message completely!

We may think emails fly, but it’s the words in them that do. Technology is new, but words may be old. Meaning changes...or stays. How do you know? If that is so in your language, English, how about in other languages in countries that trade with the UK?

Have you ever bought a product whose instructions were not clear because they had been translated and sounded awful?
