Share 'Cambridge Congestion Charge'

I am not against Congestion Charging, but if I am going to pay it I want to be absolutely sure that any money raise is spent wisely - providing an excellent rapid public transport system which helps people commute from their homes (also in the villages) to work. today, I am not confident that this is the case. I would like to see Cambridge plan 'beyond bikes and buses' .. possibly 'towards tunnel…
